Banana Protein Muffins

Looking to get rid of some old bananas without wasting them?? These Banana, protein muffins may not photograph well, but they are so delicious and contain minimal ingredients.  They actually taste like a cinnamon roll!  Don’t forget to add some dark chocolate chips for the perfect, extra topping 🙂

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

A splash of cashew milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until the desired consistency is reached

Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and fill each muffin hole until it is roughly 3/4 full

Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown

Let cool for 10 minutes
