What’s not to love about healthy pancakes to kick start your day?! These pancakes are loaded with protein and dietary fiber to keep you feeling full and satisfied! I often use these for a refuel after an early morning workout and they never disappoint:) Adding ground flaxseed and chia seeds to your morning breakfast is perfect if you’re looking to help maintain a regular digestive pattern!
1 scoop MRM brand veggie elite cinna bun protein powder
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp coconut flour
Roughly 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tbsp powdered pb
1 tsp cinnamon
In a bowl, combine protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut flour and cashew milk and stir until you get a dough like batter
Spray a pan with coconut spray and scoop the batter into the pan, making roughly 4 small pancakes
Add the blueberries to each pancake and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway
In a small bowl, mix powdered pb with 1 tbsp of water and cinnamon
When the pancakes are cooked throughout, top them with the peanut butter, cinnamon spread and enjoy!
